Try before you buy Promo conditions:

Try Before You Buy promo is valid only for a maximum quantity of 1 (one) unit per item. Limit 5 items per order. A digital coupon for $5 will be generated good towards the purchase of a full-size item of the same kind purchased with the Try Before You Buy promo. Limited quantities available and subject to product availability.

Auto-Delivery Subscription Policies

By purchasing an auto-delivery order, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the listed subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

Auto-Delivery Terms:

Once you place your first auto-delivery order, we will automatically process your subscription fee, and prepare your order. We will continue to automatically process your order based on the frequency you selected (monthly, quarterly, etc.) at the auto-delivery rate without further notice to you or authorization from you, until you cancel your auto-delivery subscription. We explain how to cancel your auto-delivery subscription below in the section "Cancellation Policy".

Auto-Delivery Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your auto-delivery subscription after two billing cycles by sending a cancellation request to our Customer Service Department to cancel, you may contact us via email at findbalance@balancedguru.com. If you have not yet made it through your second billing cycle, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee (based on your selected product). If you wish to cancel your auto-delivery subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle; once your order is processed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Auto-Delivery Return Policy:

You may not return any auto-delivery orders you receive unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you have concerns or need clarification, please email us at findbalance@balancedguru.com

Free Shipping on orders over $50:

Shipping will be free when you order a single item over $50.00 or when the total value of

your order exceeds $50.00. Free shipping is done via Fedex or USPS Ground service. If your order is over $50.00 and you wish to choose a different shipping method, shipping will not be free

of charge. This offer is valid only for the continental U.S. Offer valid for a limited time only.

Shipping policies:

We ship our orders with USPS. Eligible orders over $50.00 will ship free via USPS Ground. All other orders are shipped via your selected shipping method: FEDEX Overnight, 2nd Day, FEDEX Saver, or Ground.

Expedited shipping is also available. Make a note with your order and we will contact you

regarding your preferred shipping method.

International shipping and orders:

We are currently shipping internationally to Canada and Europe only. If you wish to place and ship to another country please call us at 561-210-7331 or email us at orders@balancedguru.com to place your order directly.

Processing Time:

Orders received Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST will be processed that same

day. Orders received Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM EST will be processed within

24 hours. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Out of Stock Items:

We always try to keep all of our organic skin care products in stock. When you order an item which is currently out of stock, we will inform you of this promptly.

Refund Policy:

We'll refund your online purchase when you:

1. Call us to obtain a Return Handling Number (RHN)

2. Return the purchased item;

3. Include your packing slip and RHN

4. Return the item within 30 days of the shipping date on the packing slip.

return any items before receiving a RHN because we will not be able to process your

return.

Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping

charges.

Taxes:

Florida residents must pay a sales tax of 6%. Residents of other states do not have to pay

sales tax.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Balanced Guru is committed to protecting the privacy

and confidentiality of all of our customers.

Balanced Guru may collect some of your personal information such as name, email

address, zip code and product preferences. This information is not shared with other

companies or third party information collecting agencies. When a purchase is made, some

financial information, such as credit card number and billing address, is also collected.

This information is used only to perform the authorized transaction and is not shared with

other companies.

Balanced Guru may contact you using the information you have provided only when the

customer initiates contact or when Balanced Guru sees fit to contact you regarding the

status of an order you have placed.

Balanced Guru does not engage in Spamming practices.
